The philosophy behind your wine list:  We strive to make price a non-issue for our guests so that they feel the freedom to drink what they want, and are not restricted to only a few things they can afford.

The biggest trend in 2006: There was a huge surge in consumer confidence to step out and take a chance at purchasing wines from regions all over the world.

Wines I’m drinking now: Currently, I’m drinking a lot of champagne because it may very well be the perfect wine.

Favorite wine word (descriptive): Balanced.

The quintessential pairing:  Pinot Noir and duck.

The bottle I can’t wait to uncork in 2007:  I can’t wait to uncork anything that has tiny bubbles in it!

Next new thing in wine: With people’s growing comfort and confidence in their ability to choose wine, I think that the next new thing for it will be to consume it with every good meal in the day.
