Top-Producing Agents Team to Form New Luxury Real Estate Firm

Several of Atlanta’s high-powered real estate agents have launched HOME Real Estate, a new player in Atlanta’s luxury residential market. Travis Reed, Studie Young, Cathy Boston, Carol Young and Mary Stuart Iverson are among the nearly 20 agents who formed the firm in 2021.

“We were looking for a cool environment for high-caliber, top-producing agents to work together,” says Reed. “I would imagine that our first year in business we will be the top producing company per agent in the city.”

Its portfolio includes residences in Buckhead, Tuxedo Park, Historic Brookhaven, Ansley Park, Peachtree Hills, West Midtown, East Cobb and Sandy Springs. Listings include an $8.88 million property in Tuxedo Park and a $3.25 million property by Keith Summerour in Peachtree Heights West.

Atlanta’s luxury market is extremely tight, which has resulted in a surge in pricing and multiple offers, says Reed, formerly with Harry Norman, Realtors. Upcoming listings also include properties by William T. Baker, architect Linda MacArthur, Ladisic Fine Homes and Harrison Design, he says.

Designer Ali Carter created a mid-century modern vibe for its office in the remodeled Peachtree Palisades building in Brookwood Hills with artwork by Todd Murphy, Tony Hernandez and other local and high-end artists in a gallery-like office space.
