Serenbe and Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles present the 13th Serenbe Designer Showhouse, benefitting the Decorative Arts Fellowship in partnership with the Art Farm’s Special Projects Council. Located in the Overlook hamlet of Serenbe, the 2026 Serenbe Showhouse is designed by Serenbe Planning & Design, built by Phillip Clark Custom Homes, and features nine talented designers.

The Showhouse will be open for tours October 1 – 25, Thursday – Sunday, 10 a.m. – 4 p.m.
