Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles’ 2025 Home for the Holidays Designer Showhouse debuted in Historic Brookhaven on November 19, 2025 at the Moonlight & Mistletoe Preview Party. The evening began with toasts to the hardworking designers, design-build team, honorary chair Patricia McLean, sponsors, and this year’s beneficiary, the Atlanta History Center. Food was provided by Atlanta-based catering company Avenue Catering Concepts, and music performed by The Bourbon Brothers Band set a festive tone.

Designed by LINDA MACARTHUR and built by LIVINGSTON FINE HOMES, the exterior features crisp lines, light brick cladding, and expansive windows that frame views of the neighborhood and nearby park. Inside, designer VALERIE GARRETT adds elegant curves and rich finishes—from a concave arched foyer ceiling to French oak floors and magnificent stone selections.

The home balances modern luxury with Art Nouveau touches, seen in the leaded glass kitchen cabinets by MORGAN CREEK CABINETRY, fluted marble hood, and sculptural detailing throughout. A spacious main-level great room, luxe primary suite, and upper-level en suite bedrooms and a spacious lounge make it ideal for families or empty nesters alike. On the terrace level, a wellness space, wine bar, and home theater is an entertainer’s paradise, and outdoors, a manicured landscape by Charlie Sears of LAND PLUS ASSOCIATES surrounds a covered porch, pool, and fireplace.

The Home for the Holidays Designer Showhouse is open to the public for tours Thursdays through Sundays until December 14. Visit experiences.atlantahomesmag.com/homefortheholidays for tickets.
