Presented by Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles, this year’s showhouse is a blend of contemporary styling and historically-inspired charm. Benefiting the Atlanta History Center and brimming with architectural detail, the four-bedroom home resides in historic Brookhaven. Designed by architect Linda MacArthur and built by Livingston Fine Homes, spot British Art Nouveau influence throughout. Outside, Charlie Sears of Land Plus makes his landscaping mark.
