Our Best of April
April’s Arrival: Welcome spring with an assortment of activities across the Atlanta area

April 16–May 10 | The city’s most anticipated spring event, Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles’ SOUTHEASTERN DESIGNER SHOWHOUSE is back. The 8,750-square-foot Chastain Park home is a collaboration between architect Linda MacArthur Architect, builder Hask Custom Homes, landscape architect Floralis Garden Design, and interior specifications designer Claudia Stimmel, plus many acclaimed designers across the Southeast. Curved walls in a plaster finish and herringbone floors guide the homeowners and guests from the entry to the open family room, living room, breakfast area, and kitchen. The 4,000 square-foot basement is a hub for wellness—with a gym, infrared sauna, steam room, and a cold plunge—and for entertaining, with the wine cellar and bar, golf simulator, and game room primed for lingering conversations, friendly face-offs, and lasting memories. Proceeds benefit Solidarity Sandy Springs. southeasternshowhouse.com
