Thanksgiving Eats in Atlanta

Ditch the stress of meal prep this holiday season by procuring ready-to-go dishes, recipes and ingredients from these Atlanta restaurants and meal services.

Pick up holiday-themed meal boxes from Southern-inspired meal kit delivery company Peach Dish. Starting at $50, each box contains fresh, pre-measured fixings and recipes for Thanksgiving side dishes such as pecan and apple dressing, roasted root vegetables, cream biscuits and candied sweet potatoes. For a total of $110, add on ready-to-roast turkey or ham to complete your Thanksgiving feast. Order by November 21.

Through November 22, Fox Bros. Bar-B-Q is taking pre-orders Thanksgiving’s main dishes: smoked ham and turkey.  Smoked hams are $60 and turkeys, which range from 10 – 14 pounds and cmd with gravy, are $75. Place an order by calling (404) 414-0826. 

Stock up on locally sourced holiday necessities and seasonal ingredients, produce and treats from Garnish & Gather. The organic dinner delivery service and grocery purveyor’s selection includes Thanksgiving staples such as dinner rolls, Georgia apples, pecans and rosemary ham, which are sourced from area farmers and artisans.

Accommodating large gatherings, Chef Deborah VanTrece of Decatur’s Southern-inspired Twisted Soul can cook up a Thanksgiving feast for 10-12 guests. Select two main dishes (everything from turkey and pork loin to smoked salmon or port wine short ribs) and choose four sides. All meals are served with muscadine cranberry orange sauce, rolls, biscuits, butter and pound cake. Enjoy classic Thanksgiving dinner catering packages, starting at $130 for four to six people, provided by Chef Drew Van Leuvan of Tavernpointe, Seven Lamps and GRAIN.
