About our Beneficiary
THE ATLANTA COMMUNITY FOOD BANK works to end hunger with the food, people and big ideas needed to ensure our neighbors have the nourishment to lead healthy and productive lives. Far too many people in our community, including families, children, seniors, and veterans, don’t know where they will get their next meal. The Atlanta Community Food Bank serves 29 counties in metro Atlanta and north Georgia through a network of nearly 700 community-based, nonprofit partners. In our service area, more than 600,000 people are estimated to be food insecure. Our goal is to ensure that our hungry neighbors have access to the nutritious meals they need when they need them.
