This year on March 14 & 15, Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles welcomed hundreds of guests from the Metro Atlanta area and across the Southeast to our annual Tour of Kitchens. For the third consecutive year, we were honored to partner with and support our beneficiary, Open Hand Atlanta, whose impactful work nourishes our community through the provision of medically tailored meals and nutrition education to those in need. We are proud to announce we raised over $25,000 for Open Hand over the tour weekend.

PDI served as our 2026 Tour Hub on Saturday, welcoming all Tour of Kitchens guests with beverages, bites, and a swag bag before homes officially opened for the day.

Our 2026 tour featured nine kitchens, five on Saturday and four on Sunday in locations across Metro Atlanta, from Morningside to Mableton and Buckhead to Kennesaw and more. We partnered with local restaurants to provide bites to our guests on tour: chef and owner of Pendolino, Kevin Maxey, and chef and owner of DBA Barbecue, Matt Coggin.

Come along with us to each stop of the Tour!

Kitchen #1 by Construction Resources

Inside the first stop on the tour located in Mableton, the primary appliances and storage were consolidated onto a single wall, opening the remaining walls to expansive countertop space, a French range with custom hood, and a generously sized appliance garage conveniently positioned near the breakfast area. All cabinetry was extended to the ceiling and finished in a warm soft white, complemented by a naturally-stained white oak island and Calacatta Gold honed marble countertops. Decorative brass strips were integrated into the cabinet faces to coordinate with the hardware.

Kitchen #2 by Morgan Creek

The home, designed by architect Greg Busch, provides a wide open layout that informed the planning of the kitchen and allowed the cabinetry to be thoughtfully designed to support everyday living while offering long-term functionality for a growing family. Clean, uncluttered lines define the space, complemented by carefully considered storage solutions that ensure everything has its place. The main kitchen serves as a welcoming, visually streamlined gathering space, while just beyond, the working kitchen manages food preparation and behind-the-scenes tasks. The collaboration between architecture, interior design, and custom cabinetry results in a kitchen that feels both elegant and livable—beautifully crafted and thoughtfully tailored to the needs of the family it serves.

Kitchen #3 by Oneida Builders

The home was purchased by a young couple that wanted to bring the kitchen design up to modern standards and fit their lifestyle. To meet the needs of the client and transform the kitchen into a chef’s masterpiece, Oneida started by raising the 8-foot ceilings to 13-foot vaulted ceilings to open up the layout. The kitchen was moved from a smaller interior space (with minimal natural lighting) to where the previous owner’s sunroom was located. This created space for an oversize island, a scullery, and a custom angled hood to accommodate the vaulted ceiling. All of these additions were completed within the existing footprint of the home.

Kitchen #4 by Dove Studio Kitchen & Bath

This Brookhaven kitchen features a striking interplay of deep, moody paint tones and a luminous, lightly-stained wood. The result is a palette that feels both timeless and modern, offering a sense of quiet luxury. Her desire for dual islands became an opportunity to expand the kitchen into a true entertaining destination—one island dedicated to culinary preparation, the other designed for effortless hosting and conversation. Together, they dramatically enhance storage, flow, and presence. By keeping the overall aesthetic light, neutral, and refined—anchored by a rich, grounding base—the space becomes a serene canvas for art, florals, and curated decor.

Kitchen #5 Kelly Carlisle Design

Guided by clients deeply committed to each other, their home, and an appreciation for natural materials, this house has been thoughtfully transformed over time with interior designer Liz Shults leading the charge. The original kitchen and baths had supported years of family life but could no longer keep pace with daily demands or reflect the home’s evolving style. By eliminating a narrow back-of-house hall and underutilized office space, the redesign introduced a generous mudroom, expanded powder room, and a surprise walk-in pantry concealed behind tall cabinetry.

Kitchen #6 by Keystone Millworks

This kitchen is a study in contrast, where dark and light, heritage craftsmanship, and contemporary design coexist in perfect balance. Even the countertops get in on the action when the solids give way to translucence—allowing light to tastefully shine through one of the double islands. The concept is bold yet warm and inviting, brilliantly blending cutting-edge lighting with the timelessness of Venetian plaster on the backsplash and range. Flanked by courtyards, this kitchen offers retractable windows and doors allowing plenty of light inside. When fully opened, the room transforms into an effortless indoor-outdoor experience—welcoming soft breezes, layered aromas, and moments meant to be savored.

Kitchen #7 by Lehigh Homes & Development

This kitchen in Roswell, Georgia, was designed to balance warmth, functionality, and a sense of timeless sophistication—tailored to meet the needs of the family while honoring traditional craftsmanship. A soft sage cabinetry finish grounds the space with calmness and is paired with a striking blue range that provides a colorful focal point. The design challenge was to integrate ample workspace and storage without sacrificing openness or natural light. Well-scaled pendant lighting and exposed wood beams emphasize the generous scale of the kitchen and add rustic charm, while the rich walnut counters on the island create a warm contrast to the perimeter surfaces, inviting for both everyday use and for entertaining. The windows flood the room with light, and thoughtful placement of plants and textiles softens the hard surfaces. The result is a highly functional, visually layered kitchen that feels both inviting and enduring.

Kitchen #8 by Jeffrey Bruce Baker Designs

This modern kitchen is defined by clarity, restraint, and an intentional approach to materials. At the center of the great room, the kitchen is organized around a large island finished in high-gloss, concrete-patterned European panels and topped with a leathered slab of Fiume Nero granite. The space is a true study in minimalism, where what is seen is deliberate and what is not is carefully concealed. Perimeter cabinetry is finished in modern matte panels that integrate storage and appliances seamlessly into the architecture, maintaining a quiet backdrop for daily living and entertaining. Behind a sliding glass wall, a chef’s kitchen is planned as an efficient galley allowing serious cooking to take place without disrupting the visual simplicity of the main space.

Kitchen #9 by German Kitchen Center

Inside the kitchen, extensive hidden storage keeps appliances and essentials out of sight, preserving the space’s clean, minimalist lines. Leicht cabinetry in the Pearl–Citrine finish adds a subtle metallic glow, its matte acrylic surface and precision-beveled edges reflecting natural light while accents of Topos natural oak introduce warmth and depth. Crisp white countertops provide a timeless, understated foundation. A suite of Gaggenau appliances supports the pastry chef and owner’s passion for baking and cooking, and the combination of induction and a single-burner Pitt cooktop offers seamless versatility. Architectural details elevate the room, including a custom ceiling soffit that integrates the hood and lighting to enhance the gallery-like ambiance. The result is a sophisticated, highly functional kitchen that balances performance, style, and modern luxury in every detail.
