Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles’ 2026 Southeastern Designer Showhouse debuted with a bang on Wednesday, April 15, as we welcomed 350+ guests to the opening night party. With signature bites provided by The Avenue Catering, guests mingled with industry experts and toasted to the many people who brought the home to life—Hask Custom Homes, Linda MacArthur Architect, Floralis Garden Design, Claudia Stimmel Interiors, and more than 20 participating design firms. Throughout the evening, we celebrated both our beneficiary, Solidarity Sandy Springs, and our honorary chairs, Randy and Courtney Tilinski of Bungalow Classic.

The Southeastern Designer Showhouse is open Thursdays–Sundays until May 10th, and door-to-door shuttle parking is available from Atlanta Realtors Center, 5784 Lake Forrest Dr NW, Atlanta, GA 30328.
