What better way to celebrate the fall than by mixing up a seasonal beverage concocted by one of Atlanta’s top cocktail connoisseurs? Eduardo Guzman, beverage manager for both JCT. Kitchen & Bar and The Optimist, has officially released his fall cocktail list—and today, we’re sharing the recipe for one of his autumn-themed drinks, The Alpine, which infuses Virginia Bourbon, orange bitter, Zirbenz Pine Liquor and other fall flavors for a drink that’s sure to add warmth to an autumn evening.
Grab a shaker and an old-fashioned glass, and prepare this festive cocktail for your next party or gathering.
INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. Bowman Bros. Small Batch Virginia Bourbon
.5 oz. Zirbenz Pine Liquor
.5 oz. Lemon Juice
.5 oz. Sugar
2 Dashes of Regans Orange bitter
2 Dashes of Fee Brothers Aromatic Bitters
Garnish Rosemary
DIRECTIONS
Shake and pour over fresh ice in an old-fashioned glass.
