The Must-Visit Development Being Revamped in Downtown Peachtree Corners

The Forum, a 22-year-old retail development located in downtown Peachtree Corners, is on its way to becoming a premier suburban destination. Purchased two years ago by North American Properties in partnership with Nuveen Real Estate, the property is being revamped into a true mixed-use development offering upscale shopping and dining, events, and even housing. “The goal of the project and future enhancements is to create a more cohesive ecosystem that embraces the hometown charm and reduces the need for residents to venture outside the area to nearby destinations, keeping local dollars local,” says SUE STORCK, The Forum’s general manager.
The first phase of the project, expected to wrap up by year-end, will introduce a Politan Row food hall to the property as well as two greenspaces. The tenant mix is also being updated with new high-end retailers and service providers, such as Lululemon and StretchLab. With a boutique hotel and multifamily housing slated to break ground next year, Storck anticipates an influx of new visitors. “We currently have a strong visitor base of residents from Peachtree Corners, Dunwoody, and Johns Creek. We expect that to expand as The Forum is revitalized and becomes a magnetic downtown hub for guests to shop, dine, explore, and linger.”
