After spending many years in the suburbs, this empty nest couple was ready to move back to Atlanta to be closer to their grown daughters. The appeal of this high-rise condominium is that it is in the middle of Buckhead near all the great shops and restaurants in the city. They wanted to downsize their square footage, yet still be able to entertain comfortably.
This two-bedroom condominium has a spacious living room with custom Macassar ebony paneling and features vast views of downtown Atlanta, opening onto a porch that allows the homeowners to comfortably enjoy Atlanta spring days. The couple also wanted a library for quiet office work and solitude. VPI Design was able to create a clean, modern living space using warm neutral tones and lush textured upholstery. The foyer is extremely welcoming with lush Romo fabrics, contemporary stools tucked under an antique sideboard with a black marble top.
