Discover some of Atlanta’s Most Stylish + Eclectic Residences at one of Atlanta’s favorite Tour of Homes

This weekend, Atlantans will once again have the chance to peek into a selection of the architectural and design gems of the city’s beloved Ansley Park neighborhood.

This year’s tour, “Eclectic Ansley,” features eight of the area’s most well-designed and impressively styled homes. From a Greek Revival boasting regal columns and a charming sleeping porch to an airy, Mediterranean-style abode that invites in sunshine with glass entry doors and fourteen skylights, homes will collectively feature the style and grandeur that define Ansley Park.

In addition to the impressive houses, visitors will also have the chance to take a peek at SCADpads, fully functional residences each the size of a parking space that have been designed by students and alumni of Savannah College of Art and Design (SCAD).  These spaces—strikingly more compact than their Ansley Park counterparts—are an adaptive reuse experiment to improve urban living.

To kick off the tour, a special Preview Party featuring food, cocktails and a Jazz trio will be held on October 17 at 7 p.m in the home of Iris and Bruce Feinberg. At 6:30, early guests will be treated to a talk by Cara Cummins and Jose Tavel of TaC studios highlighting the unique design of the Feinbergs’ Lafayette Drive home. Tickets for the preview party are $200 and can be purchased online.

Catch a glimpse of the tour’s homes on October 18 from 12–6 p.m. and October 19 from 12–5 p.m.  $20 in advance, $25 day-of. Tickets can be purchased here.
