One of the many perks of living in the city is the plethora of choices available when it comes to celebratory libations. With Cinco de Mayo in just a few days, margaritas are naturally on the mind. Originating sometime in the 1940s, margaritas are the most popular contender of tequila-based concoctions. Frozen or on the rocks, we’ve all celebrated with this ever-classic cocktail. This year, we searched the city for a twist on the traditional margarita, and we’ve found five cocktails guaranteed to make your taste buds spin.
