- There’s Plenty to See.
Sited on a 3.5 acre lot, the 20,000-square-foot English manor-style house will also feature a 2,500-square-foot pool house, infinity edge pool and tennis court, proving to be AH&L’s most sweeping showhouse yet.
- Design Details
With an exterior of cast stone and stone veneer (pictured on arrival day), the sprawling home boasts a formal architectural envelope that is counterbalanced by thoughtful, enveloping details, including a pair of arched staircases on either side of the 32-foot-tall entry foyer. Other distinctive touches include a two-story great room with 28-foot-tall ceilings, a master suite with separate his and hers closets and a terrace level with 12-foot-tall ceilings and a spa.
- Enjoy Atlanta in bloom.
Held April 23 – May 15, 2016, the showhouse will be open in the heart of spring, when Atlanta is in full bloom. Savor the season by touring the home’s blossoming gardens and inspiring designs, which pay homage to the natural beauty and grace of the South.
- Design for a cause.
A portion of the proceeds from the Southeastern Designer Showhouse & Gardens ticket sales will benefit Safe Kids Georgia, the prevention outreach arm of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta (CHOA). Safe Kids fosters community collaboration by bringing together a statewide grassroots network of health educators from public health agencies and other hospitals unintentional injury, the number one cause of death to children fourteen years and younger.
