This year’s showhouse features gorgeous views of the preserved woods in Serenbe’s newest neighborhood, Mado.
This September and October, Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles and Serenbe present the 2019 Serenbe Designer Showhouse. The showhouse is designed by Serenbe Planning & Design and built by South Haven and is located in Serenbe’s newest neighborhood, Mado. The home features gorgeous views of the preserved woods surrounding the property. Some of Atlanta’s top interior designers will transform 3,300 sq.ft. space, which features 4 bedrooms an 4.5 baths, into an unforgettable expression of the latest designs.Â

In addition to the Opening Night Preview Party featuring cocktails, bites and live music, the Art + Design Boutique curated by the Art Farm is not to be missed. Local artists and craftsmen will feature their work and proceeds will go towards Art Farm programming. Visitors should also take advantage of the various events hosted by Serenbe–such as the farmers market, cooking classes, goat yoga and more–every weekend.Â
All net proceeds from the 2019 Serenbe Designer Showhouse will benefit the Art Farm at Serenbe, an art complex designed to bring people together to engage with the arts and their environment.Â
