About

Following graduation, Morris divides her time between Brooklyn, NY and Zurich, Switzerland. She writes for such prestigious publications as the New York Times, National Geographic Travel, Travel & Leisure, Wall Street Journal, Conde Nast Traveler, Town & Country, Details and Monocle.

Morris specializes in travel, design and contemporary art journalism, and also writes on the subject of urbanism for a Swiss think tank in Zurich. She was honored with a North American Travel Journalists Association (NATJA) award for a story on medical tourism.

"My degree was broad, but allowed me to explore the new fields of media back in '97 when they were just emerging. The degree was not as important as the instructors, who not only guided me through graduation, but also treated me as an intellectual," Morris wrote in an e-mail from Zurich. "They were really good educators."

Morris is currently working as writer for a popular paper writing service.
