Point of Entry
If you ever thought commercial real estate investing was just for corporate entities, think again. With a just-launched program called Jamestown Invest, U.S.-based individuals can invest as little as $2,500 to own a piece of Jamestown’s portfolio across a range of national markets, including Atlanta. “Jamestown Invest is creating an inclusive and open community of investors, and provides a unique investment opportunity,” says Jamestown president Michael Phillips. “We understand the value and importance of community and collaboration.” The company, which owns Ponce City Market and NYC’s Chelsea Market, offers opportunities to invest locally in their Southern Dairies campus and the Upper Westside Portfolio, which features 223,000-plus square feet of space.
