Southeastern Designer Showhouse Opening Night Party
More than 300 guests celebrated high-style design at the Southeastern Designer Showhouse's Moonlight & Magnolias Preview Party
Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles’ 2025 Southeastern Designer Showhouse—a 21st-century adaptation of the traditional stone cottages found in the Cotswolds— debuted on Blackland Rd. in Atlanta’s swanky Buckhead neighborhood on April 16, 2025 at the Moonlight & Magnolias Preview Party.
Built by Cole Construction with exterior architectural design by William T. Baker, interior specifications and architectural design by SOURCE, and landscape architecture by Land Plus Associates, the 10,000-square-foot house has a striking fieldstone-clad facade, giving it a distinguished look of an English Manor House. Inside, traditional elements mingle with modern finishes, and an abundance of amenities—including a pickleball court and a lower level dedicated to wellness—allow for easy entertainment.
The 2025 Southeastern Designer Showhouse benefits Hope Heals, an inspiring foundation that creates sacred spaces of belonging and belovedness for families affected by disabilities with the goal to form inclusive, intentional, inter-ability communities.
More than 20 interior designers had a hand in transforming the expansive residence, including Honorary Chair Honey Collins Interiors, Kingdom Woodworks, Melanie Turner Interiors, Habachy Designs, and Alcott Interiors. More than 300 guests enjoyed the exclusive first look, which included delightful sips and bites from The Avenue Catering.
The Southeastern Designer Showhouse is open to the public for tours Thursdays through Sundays until May 11th. Visit southeasternshowhouse.com for tickets.
