Guest Blogger: Design Galleria Kitchen & Bath Studio, Part VI
Editor’s note: To kick off showhouse season, we asked Design Galleria Kitchen and Bath Studio for a peek into the firm’s design process as it prepares for the opening of the 43rd annual Decorators’ Show House & Gardens. They’ve chronicled their adventures in remodeling for six weeks on AH&L’s blog. Now, view the final results below!
There is no business like show business, and that could not be more true than the Herculian efforts it took to transform this home for this year’s Atlanta Symphony Associates’ Decorators’ Show House & Gardens. An army of contractors, fabricators and installers worked tirelessly to make sure that Design Galleria Kitchen and Bath Studio designers’ vision of the new kitchen, master bath and closets and pool house was realized. After hundreds of hours of developing drawings, specifying products, fielding emails and attending bi-weekly job site meetings, we are excited that opening day is here so that others can experience this unique home as well. We are so thankful and thoroughly enjoyed collaborating with the interior designers in our spaces—Maria Nutt in the kitchen, Clay Snider in the master bath and closets and Michael Habachy in the pool house.
Here are a few detail shots of what we’ve been working on. We look forward to seeing you over the course of the 2014 Decorators’ Show House.
